A credit card is required upon booking with us. Appointments may be canceled up to 12 hours before your scheduled consultation without a fee. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your bridal consultation will result in a $25 non-refundable fee. Arriving 15 minutes late to your appointment will be considered a no-show, and the $25 fee will apply. Please note, your card will only be charged the fee for the following reasons: if the appointment is canceled within 12 hours of your scheduled time, if you arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled time, or if you do not show up to your appointment.
